Our company began operations in 1993 under the name SoundtraXpress.  In 2001, we re-registered the company under SoundtraX Express, LLC with the state of Minnesota and have since made it a Service Mark.  A Service Mark is known the same as a Trademark but yet, we sell only services, hence and forth the name, Service Mark.
