Trouble Listening

Below is a list of questions that we have found to be frequently asked.  Click on your question for the answer to be displayed.

 

Q:  It says buffering and then immediately reads stop on the player?

Q:  What is the listener back-up area for?

Q:  How do I submit my music?

Q:  I hear the network, but it's static and not a clear sound?


A:  It says buffering and then immediately reads stop on the player?

     This is a result of our stream being interrupted or your computer is not

     not functioning with the startup media services you are using.  To

     correct this you have three options that are as follows:

 

     (1)  Delete all your internet history, including the cache, temp files, and

           offline content.  Once you have completed that task, close all your

           browsers and reload.

     (2)  Click Here to navigate to the Listener Back-up link

     (3)  Re-boot your computer and try again.

 

It is also important to know that the only web browser we found to work correctly all the time is Internet Explorer.  If you are using a different browser, other than Internet Explorer, the chances are high it will not provide a proper stream.

 

Note:  If all of these methods fail, you can wait and try every hour or you can phone us at (866) 966-4020, because we may not be aware of the stream being disabled.

A:  What is the listener back-up area for?

         In case you are having trouble listening, Click on the Back Up

         Listening area and you will be giving a new stream.

A:  How do I submit my music?

         Click on the Home Page link and then Scroll to the bottom of the

         screen for the link titled "Submit Music."

A:  I hear the network, but it's static and not a clear sound?

     From time to time the radio network will produce static, in the event

     this happens, click stop on the player and then again click play.
